According to recently published statistics of submissions in the frame of the 3rd Tempus IV Call for proposals, Serbia had the best success rate (11%) in the region and was ranked high in overall. Serbian academic organizations submitted 18 proposals as coordinators, and 49 as partners, with acceptance rate of 11%.

A slight decline from the second call for proposals made at 2009 is obvious, when 25/81 (coordinator/partner) submissions were sent out from Serbia, with acceptance rate of 13%.
