As an associated country to the Seventh Framework Programme and one that is on the path of joining the European Union, the government of Republic of Serbia presented their views and comments on the EU Green Paper “From Challenges to Opportunities: Towards a Common Strategic Framework for EU Research and Innovation funding“.

The Green Paper “From Challenges to Opportunities: Towards a Common Strategic Framework for EU Research and Innovation Funding” presented by the European Commission on 9 February 2011 manifests the very initial orientations of the public programming for research and innovation in Europe after 2013.
