Privacy policy statement

This is the Notice on Processing of Personal Data issued by the University of Nis, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (hereinafter: “the Faculty”). This notice is intended for the visitors of the to the website EURAXESS.rs managed by the Faculty.

The Faculty does not process the personal data of the websites’ visitors it manages. Exceptions are situations on some webpages where visitors can contact the Faculty or register via web forms or similar. In such situations, the visitor is specifically warned about processing personal data and its purpose.

Information about the rights of respondents as well as other information that the Faculty must provide are in accordance with the Serbian Law on personal data protection (Закон о заштити података о личности: 87/2018-54).

Cookies to provide functionality

  • SESS[Unique ID]:This cookie allows logging in and remembering which contact forms you have submitted. This cookie is essential for site functionality and the user experience.
  • Drupal.tableDrag.showWeight, has_js: Our Content Management System, Drupal sets these cookies to store user interface preferences.

Analytics and performance cookies

They are installed by Google Analytics in order to monitor portal statistics. We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness.
