World Intelectual Property Organization (WIPO) maintains a detailed list of all relevant laws, implementing rules and regulations and treaty memberships and approvals, regarding IPR in Serbia.

National Copyright Office is Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Copyright and Related Rights and International Cooperation (phone: +381 11 202 5936). Same organization is in charge for dealing with industrial property issues.
