World Intelectual Property Organization (WIPO) maintains a detailed list of all relevant laws, implementing rules and regulations and treaty memberships and approvals, regarding IPR in Serbia.

National Copyright Office is Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Copyright and Related Rights and International Cooperation (phone: +381 11 202 5936). Same organization is in charge for dealing with industrial property issues.

Centre for Technology Transfer

University of Belgrade hosts the Centre for Technology Transfer (CTT). CTT was founded on 2010, with the purpose of identifying, protecting and commercializing the results of scientific, research and expert work and the protection of intellectual property of the University of Belgrade.
