EURAXESS Startup Digital Toolkit has been updated, and what an update it was.
We have just published EntreComp self-assessment tool for evaluating your entrepreneurial competences, based on The entrepreneurship competence framework. EntreComp describes entrepreneurship as a lifelong competence, identifies what are the elements that make someone entrepreneurial and describes them to establish a common reference for initiatives dealing with entrepreneurial learning.
You'll assess yourself across 15 competences classified into 3 areas with their individual threads and 8 proficiency levels - progression descriptors. Each page of the tool shows the threads associated to each competence. To assess yourself in entrepreneurship competences, for each thread, select the progression descriptor, corresponding to your current proficiency level.
After each area of competences is completed, you will be presented with attractive radar chart, summarizing your current proficiency levels in that area. At the end of assessment, the tool will present your personal development plan, highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement.
